Xeramic – Mold release (injection mold industry)

NanoX150 Xeramic is an invisible coating that provides exceptional protection to automotive aesthetics thanks to its anti-scratch, anti-graffiti and anti-adherence properties, considerably reducing the deterioration of the body and wheels, providing shine and lasting protection.

NanoX150 Xeramic provides perfect protection to the bodywork and wheels reaching a pencil hardness 9H, contributing to the care of aesthetics and keeping it in better condition for longer. Its anti-scratch, anti-graffiti and anti-stick properties make NanoX150 Xeramic the best investment for automotive care.

PROPERTIES:

Hybrid / Ceramic Base Substances

Based on Silicon, Hydrogen and Nitrogen

Pencil hardness up to 9H level (harder than car paint)

Permanent easy cleaning effect

Excellent resistance to weather, abrasion and chemicals

Food grade, safe and chemically inert surface

Transparent, virtually invisible

Color intensification possible by applying several layers

FEATURES:

Anti-stick: The nano coating changes the surface energy, which translates into anti-stick properties with long-term protection that facilitates cleaning

9H surface hardness: Surfaces are more resistant to wear

Corrosion prevention: Ultra-density prevents rust in protection

Resistance to high temperatures: There are no changes in the characteristics under intense heat (up to 1000 ºC)

Easy to apply: The perfect finish is achieved without the need for special training

PERFORMANCE:

10 ml per m2.

APP:

Apply with microfibers, distributing the coating over the entire surface evenly.

SUBSTRATE CONDITIONS:

The substrate to be coated must be clean, grease-free and completely dry. Areas that are difficult to reach, such as cavities or drainage channels, etc., should be dried with absorbent cloths or blown dry with compressed air.

In contact with a wet substrate surface, ceramic coatings react prematurely and cannot form a permanent bond. Substrate temperature should be between + 5 ° C and + 30 ° C, relative humidity 30% – 80%

Full cure or dry at room temperature in 5-7 days

Recommended curing conditions (until water resistant) are:

Ambient temperature: 8-12h

80 ° C: two hours

130 ° C – 180 ° C: one hour

SAFETY:

The safety instructions are detailed in the material safety data sheet and must be followed unconditionally.

Wear solvent resistant gloves (eg butyl or nitrile rubber gloves) when applying product.

Wear suitable eye protection (safety glasses or mask).

Provide adequate ventilation of the work area.

It is recommended to use a half mask with filters of type A2 B2 E2 K2 Hg / P3 when applying the product.

The solution must not be mixed or diluted with other solvents.

STORAGE:

Store in a cool, dry place with adequate ventilation (10 ° C).

Open the container periodically to release excess pressure (ammonia, hydrogen).

Keep away from fire, sparks, water, humidity, alcohols and other chemical substances.

Ceramic tiles should be stored in a cool (10 ° C), dry place with sufficient ventilation. Vent sealed containers regularly (once a month) to relieve pressure. Ventilation dates must be verifiable.
